A calmer mind
the mental noise loosens its grip and the inside gets quieter.
It begins as calm you can feel in one sitting — and, over time, becomes a way of knowing yourself.
Most of us meet meditation here — tired, overstimulated, unable to put the mind down.
Twelve tabs open, and one of them is your mind. You're wired and exhausted at the same time, and the quiet you reach for at night turns into 3am replaying everything. You've tried the apps. They helped for a week, then became one more thing you stopped opening.
Pranahuti Aided Meditation is simple heart-based meditation — you sit with your eyes closed and gently turn your attention inward. The difference is that you're not doing it alone. A trained person quietly offers pranahuti — the heart-to-heart offering of inner stillness — which settles the mind in a way effort usually can't. You don't have to believe in it or do anything special to receive it. That's why most people feel something real in their very first sitting: the noise drops, and something underneath goes still.
Prana which manifests as pure thought can be offered or transmitted by an adept through the exercise of will for the purpose of spiritual uplift of the seeker. This offering of Prana or pure consciousness is Pranahuti, or Yogic Transmission.
Tell us you'd like to try. No forms to agonize over, no experience needed.
A trainer guides a short, simple meditation, online or in person. Just sit; the rest unfolds on its own.
If it resonates, book another free sitting. No app, no payment, nothing to download or keep up.
The ease you feel in the first sittings is real — and it's the doorway, not the destination. With regular practice the change moves inward: your temperament softens, your character steadies, and you become less at the mercy of whatever the day throws at you. Kept up, it points toward the deepest aim of this practice — knowing yourself, and the source of the stillness you've been touching all along. We don't hide that this is a path. We just let you begin at the beginning.
“Under this process, the master, by the application of his internal powers, awakens and accelerates the dormant forces in the abhyasi to action, and diverts the flow of the Divine Current towards his heart.”
“If you're after a quick fix for a hard week, an app may serve you better today — honestly. If you sense there's something deeper to find, come sit with us.”
This isn't a new idea with a logo. It belongs to the Natural Path — a living tradition carried by a line of teachers. Sri Ramchandraji Maharaj of Fategarh, known as Lalaji Maharaj, rediscovered the technique of yogic transmission; Sri Ramchandraji Maharaj of Shahjahanpur, known as Babuji Maharaj, shaped it into the system practised today; and Dr. K.C. Varadachari gave it its philosophical depth. The writings of Sri K.C. Narayana carry the teaching forward now. The people who sit with you are trainers — ordinary, trained volunteers who do this without pay, as their own way of serving. No gurus to worship, no inner circle; just someone a few steps ahead, glad to hold the space while you begin.

“I arrived at the holy feet of my Master, Samarth Guru Mahatma Ram Chandraji of Fatehgarh U.P., on 3rd June 1922. I was so spellbound by the effect of Master's force entering into me that I found myself compelled to gain it, rather than to study philosophy in which I was deeply interested.”
Not a trend, and not an app. A practice with a documented lineage, a body of literature, and centres you can actually visit.
Rediscovered by Lalaji Maharaj, born in 1873, and shaped into the Natural Path by Babuji Maharaj around 1944 — taught today in its original form.
Sittings are offered in cities across India, the United States and Canada — in person and online.
Guided by Imperience — the Centre for Research & Training in Pranahuti Aided Meditation, in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
Babuji Maharaj's Reality at Dawn and Towards Infinity, the writings of Dr. K.C. Varadachari, and a wide collection of articles on the practice.
All training and support are free, for life — offered in the spirit of service, because spiritual growth is meant to stay unmixed with any financial cost.
The practice has been examined in independent academic study, including a 2017 phenomenological dissertation.
Babuji Maharaj detailed the origin and the end state of spiritual evolution, the practices for achieving it, and the principles and logic for a spiritual way of living necessary for spiritual development.
Sittings are held in person at these centres and online, wherever you are. Share a few details and a trainer will reach out.
